30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, unopened item for a full refund.
How to Return
- Email us at support@virtualpaws.store with your order number
- We'll send you a return shipping label
- Ship the item back to us
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Exceptions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Sale items are final sale
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned
